Fastruct Design & Construction is a consulting and construction firm having sterling experience in residential and commercial construction, project management and construction services with an office located at Ligtas Subdivision, Cannery Road, Brgy. Cannery, Polomolok, South Cotabato. It was founded by Engr. Regan S. Gallinero, a professional engineer with progressive and responsible engineering experience. He is responsible for soliciting clients, marketing, promotion, and all daily aspects of running the business. He graduated from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in 2003  with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree.

Engr. Gallinero previously worked for Unified Engineering Manpower Services Multi-purpose Cooperative, full-time stationed at Dole Philippines located in Polomolok, South Cotabato on a variety of projects.

In less than a year of employment, Engr. Gallinero started his own free-lance construction business with different residential and commercial clients particularly on Modern Contemporary structures. His state-of-the-art Buildings with such remarkable design & interior finishing works made a significant impression to the clients. He then registered the business last 2010, the year Fastruct Design and Construction was born. He was joined by several other trusted Professional Civil Engineers with vast and intensive experience in Industrial Engineering. This has served both as solid foundation and as a springboard to venture into new growth areas.
